Ski area
There’s something for everyone from beginner to off-piste expert in the largest Pyrenean ski area
Skiing in Bareges dates back to the thirties, making it France's second-oldest ski resort. It is part of the Tourmalet domaine that also takes in La Mongie. Tourmalet is, in turn, part of the Pyrenean ski stations group. Most of Bareges’ skiing is on north-facing slopes and you can ski to and from the village.
