INSURANCE

Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellation etc.We strongly recommend that you have the new European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) which replaces the E111, this enables most medical costs to be refunded through the social security system.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date received. The following scale of charges will apply: six weeks and less notice 20%; four weeks and less 40%; three weeks and less 60%; two weeks and less 80%; one week and less 100%.
