How to book

Pay either by cheque or credit card

1. Email or phone Peter or Jude (+33 562 926 895) to confirm availability, any day of the week, daytime or evening. We are always happy to reply personally and answer your questions.

2. Send the completed booking form to us by post or email with a deposit of £100 per person for hotel accomodation or 30% of total cost for apartments.
Pay either by UK cheque or send us your credit card details.
Please note that credit card payments are accepted in euros converted from sterling using the inter-bank exchange rate of the day.

3. Upon receipt of your booking form we will send you our booking confirmation.
The balance of your holiday costs must be paid eight weeks before departure date, bookings made within this time must be accompanied by the full payment.

4. Once a booking has been confirmed deposits are neither transferable nor refundable.

5. Guided activities and transport trips are paid for in France in euros.
